What we do
Synergistix Group provides four services to commercial and industrial clients: construction management, project management, general contracting, and interior and exterior maintenance. Each is delivered by the same team from offices in Surrey, British Columbia and Mississauga, Ontario, under one contract and one point of accountability.

ExploreIndustries we serve
Every process, crew, and contract we run is built for occupied commercial buildings and working industrial facilities — the two environments where schedule, safety documentation, and coordination around live operations decide whether a project works.
Where we work
Synergistix Group operates from two offices: a headquarters in Surrey, British Columbia serving Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, and a regional office in Mississauga, Ontario serving the Greater Toronto Area and Peel Region. Work in British Columbia runs under WorkSafeBC; Ontario work runs under WSIB.

Case studyHow a project runs
We start on your side of the table. Feasibility, budget structure, consultant procurement, and municipal approvals get resolved before anyone prices steel — because the cheapest change is the one made on paper.
Project ManagementScope becomes trade packages, packages become a buyout, and the buyout becomes a critical-path schedule. Costs are tracked open-book against commitments, so the budget you approved is the budget you can still see.
Construction ManagementFull-time supervision, a COR-audited safety programme, and one contract holding the trades. Progress is measured against baseline every week, and slippage arrives with a recovery plan attached.
General ContractingHandover is not the end of the relationship. Planned preventive schedules, defined reactive response windows, and multi-site reporting keep the asset performing long after substantial completion.
Interior & Exterior MaintenanceInsights

Scope a project management engagement by defining the business case and success criteria first, then assigning every deliverable to the project manager, the design team, or the builder.

Ask for comparable industrial projects at your clear height, sprinkler classification and power load; for COR certification and a current WorkSafeBC clearance letter or WSIB clearance certificate; for insurance limits and COI turnaround; for bonding capacity; and for how the contractor prices change orders, handles holdbacks and phases work around live operations.
