Send a resume with the disciplines and sectors you have worked in.

How we work

What the job is actually like.

A two-province operation with an audited safety system and no residential work. That combination shapes the day more than anything written on a careers page.

  • Two provinces, administered separately

Work runs out of Surrey, British Columbia and Mississauga, Ontario. WorkSafeBC governs every hour worked in BC and WSIB governs every hour worked in Ontario. Each office administers its own jurisdiction rather than applying one province’s process to the other.

  • COR safety is audited, not declared

The Certificate of Recognition means the health and safety management system is externally audited. Site staff are expected to work to it, document to it, and stop work when conditions call for it.

  • Commercial and industrial only

Offices, retail, mixed-use, warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities. No residential work of any size, which means the constraints repeat often enough for experience to compound.

  • Occupied buildings are the norm

Much of the work happens around tenants and running operations: phased scopes, night and weekend windows, dust and noise control, and hoarding that has to hold. Sequencing matters more than speed.

  • Documentation is part of the trade

RFIs, change orders, schedule updates, inspection records, and closeout are treated as the work rather than as paperwork around it. Decisions get written down at the time they are made.

  • Clear ownership on site

Each project has a named lead with the authority to make calls in the field, so a trade waiting on a decision is not queued behind several layers of approval.

Disciplines

Roles we hire for.

These are the disciplines the firm staffs. A discipline listed here is not an open posting — when a seat opens, it appears above with a scope, an office, and a closing date.

  • 01

    Project Manager

Owns budget, schedule, and contract administration across commercial and industrial builds.

  • 02

  • 04

Leads a crew on self-performed scopes and reports to the site superintendent.

Trade and subtrade firms looking to prequalify should use the contact form rather than this page.

Applying

How to apply.
