    Construction Management

    Construction management is a delivery model where the owner hires a construction manager to plan, price, tender and supervise a project. Synergistix Group Ltd. serves as construction manager on commercial and industrial builds in British Columbia and Ontario, running preconstruction, trade buyout, scheduling, site supervision, cost control and closeout under one accountable contract.

    Project Management

    Construction project management places Synergistix on the owner’s side of the table. We control scope, budget, schedule, consultants, and approvals from feasibility through turnover, procuring and evaluating contractors on the owner’s behalf. Owners in British Columbia and Ontario get one accountable representative protecting their interests at every decision point.

    General Contracting

    A general contractor holds the prime construction contract, carries and coordinates every trade, and delivers a completed building for a fixed stipulated sum. Synergistix tenders the work, prequalifies subcontractors, supervises the site daily, administers safety and quality, and closes out deficiencies, warranty, and lien holdback under British Columbia and Ontario legislation.

    Interior & Exterior Maintenance

    Interior and exterior maintenance at Synergistix Group covers planned preventive programmes and reactive call-outs for commercial and industrial buildings across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, the Greater Toronto Area, and Peel Region. Scope spans drywall, flooring, painting, doors, roofing repair, sealants, parking lots, dock levellers, and snow and ice management.
