Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of this website, and the limits of what is published on it.

What do these terms of use cover?
This website is published for information. Nothing on it is a quote, an offer, or a contract, and project descriptions and photographs are illustrative rather than promises of a specific result. Work proceeds only under a signed written agreement. Use of the site is governed by the laws of British Columbia.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor, whether you are browsing service pages, reading an article, or submitting the contact form.
This site is information, not an offer
Everything published here is provided for general information about what Synergistix Group Ltd does and how it works. Nothing on this site is a quotation, a tender, a bid, an offer capable of acceptance, or a contract, and nothing on it creates a contractual relationship between you and the firm.
Scope, price, schedule, and responsibility for risk are settled only in a signed written agreement. Where anything on this site differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Project descriptions and imagery are illustrative
Photographs, renderings, drawings, and project descriptions on this site illustrate the type of work the firm performs. They are not a representation that any particular result, schedule, budget, or scope will be achieved on your project, and they are not a guarantee of a comparable outcome. Where sample or placeholder content appears, it is labelled as such on the page.
No warranty of accuracy
This site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Building codes, permitting processes, workers’ compensation rules, and safety regulations change over time and differ between British Columbia and Ontario. Nothing on this site is professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified engineer, architect, or lawyer engaged on your specific project.
Intellectual property
The site and its contents — text, structure, layout, graphics, photography, drawings, and the Synergistix Group name, logo, and marks — are owned by or licensed to the firm and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law.
You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, modify, frame, scrape, or systematically extract any part of it, or use our name or marks, without prior written permission.
Third-party links
This site may link to websites operated by others, such as regulators, industry bodies, or suppliers. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synergistix Group Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, this site or your reliance on anything published here — including lost profits, lost data, procurement decisions, or business interruption — even if the possibility of such damages was known.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent the law permits.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any such dispute.
The firm also operates in Ontario, and work performed there is subject to Ontario legislation, including its construction, lien, holdback, and workplace-safety regimes. This governing-law clause applies to your use of this website. It does not displace the governing law, dispute-resolution provisions, or statutory obligations that apply to any construction contract, which are set out in that contract and in the law of the province where the work is performed.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised at any time without individual notice. The version posted on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies to you, and the last-updated date at the top records the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.
